Rikai-san has her most updated voice bank up and ready to be used! I will not be fixing the japanese as much, as it is what I feel, her best. Though I will be making the "higher" and "lower" voices of them all in due time, if people feel that they are needed. I will put up a update on her english voices though. They are not at their best. And if I learn any other languages, I will put them up into her voice bank to.
Right now, it will stay as is, at version 4.
